About The Foundation

Founded by Shauntee Blow, The Generational Keys Foundation bridges the gap between housing instability and long-term financial empowerment. As a social worker, real estate professional, and single mom, Shauntee saw firsthand how difficult it is for families—especially those aging out of foster care or raising kids alone—to gain stability.

We believe that with the right tools, resources, and mentorship, generational cycles can be broken, and wealth can be built for decades to come.

To equip youth aging out of care, single-parent households, and underserved communities with financial literacy, rental readiness, and homeownership pathways through education, mentorship, and community partnerships.

Our Programs

Key to Independence

A 6-part workshop designed to empower young adults ages 18–24, with a focus on youth aging out of foster care, by providing the tools and resources needed to achieve financial stability, housing readiness, and independence.

Single Mom Wealth Builders

Helping single mothers learn how to use real estate, credit, and entrepreneurship to create generational wealth.

Home Readiness Bootcamp

Walks participants through credit repair, preapproval, savings, and what landlords/lenders look for.
